Represent Aston Gate's Dubai division, specializing in luxury apartments, penthouses, and waterfront villas throughout the emirate.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell luxury properties in Dubai to local and international clients
- Provide detailed information about Dubai's property market and investment opportunities
- Coordinate with developers and property managers to facilitate transactions
- Assist international clients with the property purchase process
- Stay current on Dubai real estate laws and regulations
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in Dubai real estate market
- RERA certification or eligible to obtain one
- Knowledge of Dubai's premium property areas and developments
- Experience working with international investors
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages (Arabic a plus)
International Real Estate Associate
Serve as a liaison between our Canadian and Dubai offices, assisting clients with cross-border real estate investments and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
